is a combination of live probiotics (bacteria), and prebiotic fibres that serve as food to the bacteria, helping it survive and thrive as it sets up camp in its new home (AKA your gut).

how to take

We recommend taking both supplements first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. For optimal impact, allow 30-40 minutes before you drink hot liquids or eat food, giving best chance of survival for all the gut-goodness inside.

Grab your aguulp for gut bottle, give it a good shake and use the measuring cup provided to pour 30ml. Then it’s down it in a gulp!

Next, give your aguulp for biome sachet a shake, and pour into a small amount of water (100-200ml), stir until dissolved and then it’s down it in a gulp!

Please don’t put in a blender!

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving (found on back of bottle/pouch).

Relief at Last!

I have been suffering with IBS for many years with the symptoms progressively getting worse as time went by. These included debilitating and painful flare ups and food intolerances, bloating, gas and seesawing between constipation and diarrhoea. Conventional drugs hadn’t worked and I’d become completely resigned to having to just put up with it until I was recommended Aguulp. I was not expecting it to work but from day 1 of taking the Aguulp liquid supplement and the daily symbiotic I have not had one single flare up and all the other symptoms are very much improved, making me much more comfortable and my life a lot more predictable! Three months in I cannot recommend Aguulp highly enough, it have been a total game changer!
